There is a custom of organizing the Ranaujireshwori Bhagawati chariot procession in the second day of Krishna Janmastami every year as a celebration over the victory against the British East India Company in the war.
Chief District Officer of Palpa, Ananda Kafle, said a chariot procession of Aman Narayan would be held along with Ranaujireshwori Bhagawati chariot today itself. The date to take out the chariot of Bhagawati and Aman Narayan has fallen on the same day this year.
