Foreign Minister Dr Rana meets her Indian counterpart Jaishankar in Delhi

Kathmandu: Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr Arzu Rana Deuba, who is presently on an official visit to India beginning on August 18, held a bilateral meeting with her Indian counterpart Dr S Jaishankar today.

The meeting focused on matters relating to bilateral interests and relations between Nepal and India, according to the Minister’s Secretariat.

The Foreign Minister left here on Sunday for New Delhi at the cordial invitation of Jaishankar, the Minister for External Affairs, India.

This is her first official visit to the southern neighbour since she assumed the office on July 15. She will return home on August 22.
