All five dead in Air Dynasty helicopter crash

Kathmandu: A helicopter of Air Dynasty crashed at the Suryachaur of Shivapuri Rural Municipality – 7, Nuwakot on Wednesday noon. Five people were on board along with the pilot.

Four Chinese nationals, have been killed after a helicopter crashed in Shivapuri National Park in Nuwakot, according to Nepal Police spokesperson.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Tilak Bharati spokers person of Nepal Police, said that the Helicopter was found burnt.  

Subash Jha, spokesperson of Tribhuvan International Airport, said the 9N-AJD Helicopter belonging to Air Dynasty took off from Kathmandu at 1:54 pm for Syaprubesi, Rasuwa.

Captain Arun Malla was the helicopter’s pilot. The Helicopter was heading towards Syafrubesi of Rasuwa from Kathmandu.

Chief District Officer of Nuwakot Ram Krishna Adhikari said that the burnt bodies of four males and a female have been recovered.   

The crash site is located in Suryachour, Nuwakot, near the capital city Kathmand.
