Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is scheduled to visit China in September, according to a cabinet minister.
Addressing a program in Kailali on Monday, foreign minister NP Saud said that Dahal is scheduled to visit northern neighbor in September.
“The Prime Minister’s visit will further strengthen the relations between Nepal and China. His [Dahal’s] visit will be fruitful for Nepal as China has emerged not just as an economic power, also as a superpower,” said NP Saud.
“Nepal has a non-alignment foreign policy and keeps the nation’s interest at the center. It remains neutral in military alliances.”
