Hangzhou Asian Games Fun Run organized in Kathmandu

Kathmandu: The Hangzhou Asian Games Fun Run started Friday at Patan Durbar Square. President of the Nepal Olympic Committee Jeevan Ram Shrestha and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song participated in the event. Representatives from the Olympic Council of Asia and the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee were also present.

The event was organized by Nepal Olympic Committee in coordination with Olympic Council of Asia in order to promote the Hangzhou Asian Games 2023, which is taking place in September.

“Enjoyed the FunRun in Patan Durbar Square, a warm-up to the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou,” Chinese envoy wrote on Twitter. “Welcome all Nepali friends to the Hangzhou Asian games in September.”
