Kathmandu: Senior Vice President of the Federation of Nepalese Industries and Commerce Chandra Prasad Dhakal has urged Non Resident Nepalese abroad to use knowledge, skills and capital acquired in the foreign land for the development and prosperity of Nepal.
Addressing the Asia Pacific Regional Conference of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), which started in the capital of Thailand from Saturday, Senior Vice President Dhakal said, “There is an investment environment in Nepal. There are countless opportunities in Nepal. Nature has bestowed Nepal with enormous resources. The knowledge, skills and capital that we have acquired in foreign soil should be brought into Nepal.”
Stating that the knowledge, skills and capital acquired by non-resident Nepalis will be of great importance, Dhakal urged them to use at least a few percent of it for the development and prosperity of their birthplace. “Use the skills or technology that we are learning on foreign soil for the development of our country. It helps for the development of the country and helps achieve prosperity,” he said.
