Kathmandu: With an objective to create positive change and contribute to sustainable development, Nabil Bank has invited the application for the second cohort under its flagship program Nabil School of Social Entrepreneurship (Nabil SSE) for Fellowship Program 2022.
Nabil Bank has initiated this program with the collaboration of the School of Management, Tribhuvan University and technical support from the School of Social Entrepreneurship, India.
Aspiring social entrepreneurs and innovative thinkers aged between 18 to 50 Nepali citizens can apply for the fellowship program with their innovative ideas to bring social change and contribute to sustainable development, the bank said in a press release.
According to Nabil Bank, the main objective of the program is to promote social entrepreneurship across the country in the areas of livelihood, capacity building, agriculture, education, healthcare, arts and community welfare and energy among others.
The program will run for six months. Every month there will be three days of residential training for fellows with practical guidance in their workplace.
In the first cohort, 20 fellow members were able to get Nabil SSE Certification. Participants got both practical and theoretical knowledge about legal and tax issues, marketing, branding, and others to become social entrepreneurs.
According to the bank, the last date for the application is August 20.
