Kathmandu: A three-day training on ‘Imaging in Oncology’ conducted at the National Trauma Center in Kathmandu concluded on Wednesday.
Nepali doctor working in Scotland Dr Deepak Kumar Subedi and Scottish doctor Dr Rishi Ramesh trained the participants. The doctors are Consultant Radiologists at the Edinburgh-based Western General Hospital.
The training was organized by the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) International Traveling Fellowship in collaboration with the Department of Radiology Diagnosis and Imaging of the National Academy of Medical Sciences Bir Hospital and the Nepal Radiologists’ Association.
Resident doctors from both Kathmandu Valley and outside currently studying radiology and oncology attended the training.
