Kathmandu: The gold price increased by Rs 800 to reach Rs 99,700 per tola in the domestic market on Friday.
The yellow metal was traded at Rs 98,900 per tola on the previous trading day. A tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
Similarly, the worked gold is being traded at Rs 99,200 per tola against Rs 98,400 on the previous trading day, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
Likewise, the silver price increased by Rs 10 per tola to reach Rs 1,360. The gold has been traded at 1,936 dollars per ounce in the international market.
