Covid-19: Nepal witnesses 1,920 fresh cases and 34 deaths; 3,007 recovered in the last 24 hours

Kathmandu: Nepal recorded 1,920 fresh coronavirus and 34 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health and Population stated.

According to the Ministry, 1,353 cases were confirmed positive in PCR tests while 567 were confirmed through the antigen method. Samples of 6,000 people were tested through the PCR method while 3,836 samples were tested using the antigen method.

As of today, the death toll from Covid-19 has reached 9,009. Moreover, 3,007 patients recovered in the last 24 hours.
