Kathmandu: Nepal Live (www.nepallive.com), a vernacular Nepali language news portal owned by Nepal Live Group, entered its sixth year of publication on Thursday.
In a publisher note, Nepal Live Group Chairman Anil Nyaupane said that the love, motivation, and trust the news portal has acquired over the past five year have been exemplary. We hope this to persist in the coming days as well, Nyaupane wished.
Pledging to make the publication even more diverse as it marks its sixth anniversary, Chairman Nyaupane vowed to develop the news portal as a center for comprehensive journalism.
“We have been always self-evaluating on where we need to enhance ourselves. The main purpose of all our endeavors will be directed toward practicing trustworthy and accountable journalism,” he added.
A formal anniversary celebration will be held at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu on Friday along with the 10th United Imaging Health Awards.
