Kathmandu: Sanima Bank has launched a video KYC feature that will allow customers to make their accounts operational without visiting branch offices.
Through the facility, customers can communicate directly with Sanima Bank employees and perform mandatory tasks like document verification and signature verification among others, the bank said in a press release.
When opening an online account, customers have to set the date and time they want to directly communicate with the staff using the video KYC option. The customer will be informed whether the verification has been approved or not through an email or phone call.
