Kathmandu: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) on Friday is unveiling the monetary policy for the current fiscal year.
It is said the monetary policy has kept the policies and programs adopted in the budget for the current fiscal year at the center in the context of problems seen in some economic indicators. The monetary policy is said to be aimed at curbing lending in the unproductive sector as well as making some new provisions on what types of tools to use to prevent an increase in the bank interest rate.
