Kathmandu: The Election Commission of Nepal (ECN) has launched online voter registration with photos in five more districts from Wednesday.
According to ECN, online registration can be done in Chitwan, Kaski, Morang, Kavre, and Jhapa districts from today. Earlier, the service was only available in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur
Those eligible Nepalis who have not yet registered on the voter list could log in to https://applyvr.election.gov.np/ and fill in their personal details and submit them to the District Election Offices in their respective districts, according to a statement issued by the ECN.

Once the registration is over, one can contact the related District Election Office with a copy of the print with symbol number and other necessary documents for taking photos and fingerprint, ECN spokesperson Shaligram Poudel Sharma said.
