Kathmandu: Janaki Medical College and Teaching Hospital is organizing free health camps in Mahottari and Dhanusha on June 12 and 13.
The health camp is jointly organized by Janaki Medical College, the Embassy of Israel in Nepal, and Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center Ichilov Hospital of Israel.
The two days health camps in Dhanusha and Mahottari of Madhesh Province are sure to benefit thousands of people living in the province and its vicinity, the medical college said in a press release.
This is a very important event in the healthcare industry because a team of doctors from a prestigious hospital in Israel are collaborating with our doctors from Janaki Medical College in the health camp, said Dr. Ram Prasad Uprety, faculty head of Janaki Medical College, reads the statement.
Dr. Uprety further said that this event will not only benefit the people of the Madesh Province but also builds the Nepal-Israel bond stronger and open doors to further collaborate bilateral relationship whereby keeping healthcare as a prime concern.
Janaki Medical College is also hosting a seminar and training session with a team of medical professionals where the doctors and students from Janaki Medical college can actually learn modern ideas, technologies and developments in the healthcare industry.
Tal Shvartsman, Charge D’ Affairs of the Embassy of Israel will be the chief guest for the Seminar.
