Election Commission Nepal has made public results of 21 municipalities (popularly known as palikas). As per the latest update as of Sunday afternoon, CPN-UML and Nepali Congress have won in eight municipals each. The CPN (Maoist Center) has won in three municipalities while the CPN (Unified Socialist) have secured victory in two municipalities.
