Kathmandu: National Assembly Chairman Ganesh Prasad Timilsina administered the oath of office and secrecy to new NA member Narayan Prasad Dahal.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari on April 8 nominated Dahal to the National Assembly on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
National Assembly Chairman Timilsina administered the oath amid a ceremony organized at the meeting hall of the National Assembly.
On the occasion, Chairman Timilsina also presented the logo of the federal parliament to Dahal. He also extended best wishes to Dahal to carry out his duties by keeping high the prestige of the National Assembly.
Federal Parliament Secretary-General Dr Bharat Raj Gautam and other officials were present in the swearing-in ceremony.at
