Kathmandu: Nepal reported as many as 42 Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The new cases, according to the Health Ministry, have been detected through 5,471 tests conducted throughout the country.
Of the total cases, 30 samples tested positive through RT-PCR method, while 12 samples tested positive through the antigen method. In the last 24 hours, Nepal conducted 4,322 RT-PCR tests, and 1149 antigen tests.
Likewise, at least 50,151 people got vaccinated against Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
With the new cases, Nepal’s active Covid-19 tally reached 1,198, said the Health Ministry.
