Kathmandu: Realme has announced the opening of an authorized service center in Itahari. Country Head Realme Nepal Munish Giri inaugurated the new service center at the premises of Surya Complex, Itahari.
Speaking after the inauguration of the service center, Kumar Ghalan, Service Manager, Realme Nepal said that Realme has paid attention to the convenience of the service recipients as mobile is the most convenient and confidential device.
He expressed with confidence that Realme aims to be the trustworthy brand in Nepal and Realme looks forward to reaching its customers by giving them the best customer and after-sales service. The first authorized service center is located at CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu.
Realme said it believes that it will successfully expand the superior after-sales service among its customers with its addition to Itahari.
The service center will provide a complete set of repair services for all Realme smartphones, including software issues, hardware issues, warranties, damages, etc.
According to Kunal Singh, National Sales Head, Jagdamba Mobiles, the service center has been opened in Surya Complex in Itahari as it is the commercial hub in the province. He said that users from Biratnager, Dharan, Birtamod and other customers can now get quality service from this service center.
Realme claims they have an industry-leading low service return rate among all the smartphone brands in Nepal.
