Nepal Army disposes suspicious object found outside Parliament building

Kathmandu: A bomb disposal squad of the Nepal Army (NA) has disposed a suspicious object that was been found outside Parliament building in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu on Monday.

According to SSP Sudip Giri at Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, a pressure cooker wrapped with wires and pasted with a message ‘No MCC’ was disposed.

Police had cordoned off the area and diverted the traffic after the suspicious object was spotted.
