NMB Bank holds 26th AGM

Kathmandu: NMB Bank held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday at Army Officer’s Club, Kathmandu. The AGM was held under the chairmanship of Pawan Kumar Golyan.

The AGM approved the proposal to distribute 12.5 percent bonus shares and 3. 3 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital of the bank. The bank has earned Rs 2.71 billion net profit, collected more than Rs 166.45 billion deposits and invested over Rs 158.04 billion loans till the last fiscal year. It has been informed that the Bank’s paid-up capital will be 18.37 billion after the distribution of bonus shares.
