Kathmandu: Nepal reported 315 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
Likewise, Nepal reported two deaths during the period.
The new cases have been identified through 11,810 samples tested in laboratories across the country.
According to the ministry, 272 samples tested positive through the RT-PCR method, while 43 samples tested positive through the antigen method.
With the addition of new cases, Nepal has 6,505 active Covid-19 cases. Of them, 6,013 Covid-19 patients are in home isolation, while 339 people are in institutional isolation.
As of Tuesday, the Covid-19 death toll stands at 11,545.
