Kathmandu: The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) increased by 87.63 points to close at 2,672.25 points on Monday. The stock market had registered an increase of 27.51 points yesterday.
Likewise, the Sensitive Index that measures the performance of big companies also increased by 13.61 and reached 504.57 points.
All the sub-indices increased today with the finance sub-index increasing the most by 176.49 points (7.81 percent). A total of 183 scrips increased while the share price of three scrips decreased.
The stock market saw a total turnover of Rs 4.3 billion with 8,395,864 unit shares of 229 scrips traded today.
