Kathmandu: A health post building constructed with the help of Arghakhanchi Cement Industry Pvt Ltd at Siyari Rural Municipality-2 of Rupandehi has been inaugurated.
The building was jointly inaugurated by Lumbini Health and Population Minister Bhoj Prasad Shrestha and Arghakhanchi Cement’s Managing Director Rajesh Kumar Agrawal on Wednesday.
Director Agrawal said that the construction of the building was completed before the deadline considering the dire situation of the coronavirus pandemic.
Inaugurating the health post, Minister Shrestha urged the people to take precautions against Covid-19, adding that said that the cooperation between the government and the company will be helpful in tackling the pandemic.
Rural Municipality Chief Ayodhya Prasad Chaudhary said that there is a plan to operate a 25-bed hospital in the building.
