Kathmandu: To support customers impacted by the ongoing Covid-19 situation, MetLife Nepal has launched a Covid Care Assistance program which includes fast-tracked payment of Covid-19 death claims within three working days.
The service allows claimants to submit all of the required documents online and beneficiaries will receive the claim payment within three working days directly in their bank account.

Along with fast-tracked claims, the program also includes PCR test at home facilities with 3 diagnostics centers for customers having symptoms of COVID and a 20% discount off a special care management program, through Danphe Care, to support COVID-infected customers and their dependents.
The 14-day support program includes virtual doctors consultations, medical counselling, monitoring and required medication support to COVID infected patients.
